What do you need from me?

Just your Discord username and email at checkout, so we can reach you and schedule the session.

Is anything installed on my PC?

No. Every change is made manually and live during the session — nothing runs in the background afterward.

How long does a session take?

Basic runs about 30–45 minutes. Advanced runs 60–90 minutes.

Do I need to be at my PC?

Yes — sessions happen over a live Discord screen share, so we're working through settings together in real time.

What's your refund policy?

If we're unable to complete your session, or can't connect with you to schedule one, you'll get a full refund. Once a session is underway, it's non-refundable.
